CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointmet is important as it is reserved for you. Please understand that when you forget, change, or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, I miss the opportunity to fill the opening. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appoitments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 40% of the service total. Fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Please arrive on time and no earlier than 5 minutes. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to forefit their appointment and will be responsible for 40% of the scheduled service. This ensures I stay on schedule for all clients. I understand things happen. Please contact me if you are running late. Please book all appointments online. This ensures accuracy and faster confirmation. Appointment inquiries sent via text may take up to 24 hours for a response. Please read descriptions and book correctly. Changing or removing service(s) upon arrival may shorten your appointment time. Removing services may result in a cancellation fee. All services that require deposits are non-refundable. This deposit is applied toward your service but is forfeited if you cancel, no-show, or fail to follow policy. You may reschedule using your deposit one time only. If receiving a color service, please wear clothing you don't care about to your appointment. While protective capes are provided, they do not guarantee complete protection against color transfer. Payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balances, including missed appointment fees, must be paid before future bookings are accepted. Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay **Please note, if you would like to pay cash, I do not carry change. However, all cash payments will receive $5 off. My studio is a professional environment. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future services. Appointments needed outside of regular business hours will be made via appointment through me personally. All appointments outside of business hours will have a fee of $30/service. To maintain a safe and professional environment, guests and children are not permitted unless receiving a service. Parents may accompany minors. Space is limited and extra seating is not available.
